ESSE publishes calls for papers
for conferences, and for journals and
collections, in different forms:
- you can check the list of the 15 most
recently published cfps - to be among the first to know.
- you can use the menu below ("Choose the date...") to see details of all conferences in chronological order.
- you can see the list of all cfps for journals and collections of essays
- you can also use the Google internal search engine. However "Google search" is not restricted to the cfp pages, but covers the whole of the ESSE website.

Calls
for
papers
Conference
organisers, editors of journals and of collections of essays, please
send your calls for
papers for conferences, and calls for
contributions to journals and books, to the webmaster Jacques
Ramel for
posting on the ESSE webpage and in the ESSE feed.
The calls for papers
will be automatically forwarded to the Editor of The
Messenger, Marina Dossena,
for publication in the ESSE newsletter.
Please note:
- we only publish calls for
papers, not the programmes of
conferences or the tables of contents of journals (except when they are
provided in the form of a document to be downloaded in .doc or .pdf
format, and only for conferences, journals or collections of essays for
which cfps have been posted on the website)
- only events taking place in Europe, or closely
connected with European universities, are published
- a clear deadline for proposals is essential
- please conform as much as possible to the format of cfps already published on this website
- preferably keep your cfps under 300 words
- logos are welcome for inclusion in the cfp
